Consulting
We work with you to design a video that best represents your unique establishment. We help develop a vision of what the project will showcase and the necessary resources that will be required to see the vision through to reality. We explore all the possibilities of the project within the budget perimeters.
A schedule can vary depending on the complexity of the project and any additional add-ons or changes. A production schedule will be determined ahead of time and a date at which you can reasonably expect the project to be completed will be worked out prior to shooting.
If a video is required sooner than normally expected, our team can handle tighter schedules and will adjust our rates accordingly.
Video length is also determined as we explore what information we can reveal in the established timeline. Video length is based on budget and what you wish to convey to your audience. Videos are often preferred as segments but a single video can be done as well.
Scripting
We work with you to develop the narrative style and dialogue during the video, what information will be revealed through voice over, interviews, greetings, a walk-through or other avenues (ie. on camera greeting from principal).
During the scripting process we will also consider:
- Scene Description: the visuals that will accompany the narrative.
- Information: the key points that will be conveyed through narrative and images.
- Elements: the additional elements that will be added to the video or audio to increase the production value of the piece: talent, effects, music, graphics, photos, stock footage, animations and text graphics.
- Style: unique organization to the piece: trailer, newscast, event or interest piece.
- Scriptwriters: assist in writing your script, ensuring that it stays within the approved characteristics of the video project.
Filming
When the script and storyboard and locked down, we will work with you to select a date when a videographer can gather all video and audio requirements.
This includes: location, interviews, testimonies, pictures and special events. The amount of time required to gather this information will be determined by the complexity of the content and event schedules where applicable.
Editing
Once all the media has been gathered our editors will work to put the project together along will all other media elements agreed upon to form a working copy that you can view and make comments on. You can choose to go with the video or make necessary changes where you feel needed.
One revision is included. Any addition shooting required outside of the predetermined shooting schedule will be added to the project quote.
Distribution
Your professional video can be output to a various number of media formats:
- CD-ROM is very inexpensive to produce and almost every home and office has a computer capable of viewing this media.
- DVD has become inexpensive to duplicate and distribute. Allows for a large audience and whole families to engage in the video experience. It holds more data and offers better quality than CD-ROM.
- Blu-Ray, although a larger investment, it showcases your video in the original HD format it was produced in. Allowing your video to stand out in quality. Blu-Ray is the newest technology in video presentation with its incredible picture quality. Excellent for viewing in lobbies and at trade shows.
We can duplicate any number of copies for you. This includes a custom design printed directly onto your disk as well as a sleeve design for your case (clamshell or cardboard).
