This is our new-look monthly Insider which marks a slight shift in focus. We’ll still use this space to highlight some of the things you need to know, such as the note below about your new Comfort Life campaign analytics portal. But we’ll also use this space to highlight the broader perspective of what we and our members are involved in, such as projects we’re working on, developments in the senior-care marketplace, and ideas that we think you’ll be interested in.
During this rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation and the elevated risk to older-adults, we want to extend our gratitude to you for all you're doing to keep Canadian seniors safe during this difficult time. In the COVID-19 statement on our website, we link to corporate and individual statements. If you'd like to share your statement with our community, please send us the link and we'll add it.
We’re taking the outbreak with the seriousness it warrants, but it’s also an opportunity to reach out in an important way. We’re launching a new section on ComfortLife.ca featuring ways in which retirement homes are helping and protecting seniors in their care during this pandemic. Share your great moments with us, showcase how residents are staying connected with family, or highlight your dedicated staff. Please share your stories with me directly at [email protected]. We're also interested in hearing about your policies regarding tours and how you're handling move-ins.
