We’re delighted to share with you the launch of a powerful new retirement-choice resource: The Comfort Life Insider Perspectives Video Series. In this series of 70+ videos, we spoke with managers and directors from across Canada, each offering personal insight into their retirement community. The videos highlight what’s exceptional about each community, with first-person stories about life there, anecdotes about residents and staff, and personal testimony about why they love working with seniors. Prospects view these videos as powerful native editorial content on a third-party platform. They’re a valuable addition to ComfortLife.ca.
The Comfort Life Insider Perspective series provides the largest video repository of information about retirement communities furnished by senior care insiders. It gives prospective seniors and their families a new and powerful way to acquire special insights about community life. We also expect this new series to illuminate the entire retirement- and care-choice process—from discovery to move-in—helping seniors and families make better and more informed decisions.
The video interviews launch in tandem with our new and expansive member profiles (see example), providing member communities a fuller showcase on our platform, and prospects with a more streamlined user experience. Details about communities are presented more clearly and explicitly, and are reformatted in a broader, more readable layout. Prospects will find it easier to browse, then dive deeply into information about care, amenities, dining, staffing, and suites.
With a clear vision of what seniors and their families are looking for when they research and choose a community, our newly relaunched homepage foregrounds the valuable information available, including reviews, comparisons, and guides, to empower prospects to make more confident decisions.
All of these changes strengthen our influence with prospects. Prospects will be primed to take the next step, already armed with a deep trust in your brand.
