- User-submitted reviews. Newly relaunched, this easy-to-use interaction features eight select questions that help your residents or their family members articulate their experience with your community.
These questions guide them to explore their experiences of the following aspects of your community:
- Overall experience
- Amenities and suites
- Staff
- Residents and community life
- Activities and services
- Care and medical attention
- Food and drink
- Moving in
This format encourages them to fully describe their experience, draw out nuances, and share anecdotes. Reviews appear as a genuine insider’s look at your community on our trusted platform. Respondents can reply with up to 200 words in each section.
