1. User-submitted reviews. Newly relaunched, this easy-to-use interaction features eight select questions that help your residents or their family members articulate their experience with your community.

   These questions guide them to explore their experiences of the following aspects of your community:

   • Overall experience
   • Amenities and suites
   • Staff
   • Residents and community life
   • Activities and services
   • Care and medical attention
   • Food and drink
   • Moving in

   This format encourages them to fully describe their experience, draw out nuances, and share anecdotes. Reviews appear as a genuine insider’s look at your community on our trusted platform. Respondents can reply with up to 200 words in each section.

   We invite you to sit down with residents and complete a review on their behalf. Be sure to also ask your resident families to submit a review for you here.



2. Insider Perspective videos: In our exclusive video interview series, Comfort Life speaks directly to residents or resident family members, on camera. Putting a face and a tone to personal experiences takes their influence to a whole new level. We’re always adding more voices to this ongoing project.
