Allison Paul’s thoughts in a recently added interview on our site emphasize, once again, the most important thing seniors and families crave from us: safety and security. As Steve Moran reminds us, this is “the most important thing that senior living sells.” Many of you will likely agree that this is true for your retirement home or that it’s high among priorities for prospects and families.
Your ability to highlight safety and security will be underscored in pending updates to the ComfortLife.ca profile. Let’s look:
- You’ll have the opportunity to highlight security in responses to brand identity questions like “Who are you as a community?” and “What do you do uniquely well?” and “What five facts about your community should people know?”
- Highlighted videos (one part of Gold membership) will draw out families’ and seniors’ personal perspectives on the safety and security in communities.
- Finally, the addition of lengthy reviews and capsule reviews to your profile will emphasize your recent responses to the pandemic and to safety in general.
Next up, we’ll be adding more options in c-panel for you to emphasize safety features in your community, as part of a larger revision of the Comfort Life profile/report that will make it stand out even further in research options within the industry. In this, we’ll dive into much greater detail, allowing you to illustrate in greater detail how you protect seniors’ safety and security.
As with all other aspects of your retirement community or home, all of these impending changes will give you a third party presence unlike any other available in this industry.
