We’ve launched the first step in expanding your profile page into the multi-faceted Comfort Life report, giving even more authority to your presence on our media. Seniors and family members can now discover a range of third-party perspectives and insights when researching. Take full advantage of these changes.

Here's what's new with your Report:

  1. Our perspective is now at the top. This foregrounds for family members and seniors on our site that your community has been reviewed by The Trusted Source. In these perspectives, we’ve always highlighted good things about your retirement community, things that make it worth taking a closer look at, and—of course—moving into.

  2. Your own freshly articulated perspective on your community is presented. Responses to brand identity questions in your admin panel answer these questions:
    • Who are you as a community?
    • What do you do differently or uniquely well?
    • What supports do you offer residents as they adjust to life there?
    • What might residents find surprising about your community?
    • What five facts about your community should people know?

    We understand that marketers have a chain of command to honour, but we urge you to take advantage of this! Responses give you a chance to elaborate anew what makes your community stand out and to fully affirm how your community is a worthwhile move. Aspira Bolton Mills Retirement Living is one retirement home that has done a great job of taking full advantage of this. The Crossing, an active adult lifestyle community, has also clearly articulated its uniqueness. Follow this link to add similarly great responses.

  3. Reviews are now part of your profile. Capsule reviews are curated by Comfort Life staff, pulled from Google, Facebook, your website, and other sources we can find. Soon, user reviews will be featured at the top of this list. These will stand out as exclusive, in-depth reviews that probe deeply into people’s experience with your community.

    We urge you to gather as many of these as you can from family members and seniors. If there are any recent Google or Facebook reviews you want featured on your profile please email me, [email protected]. Finally, note that we also moved COVID-19 information further down the report page.

In the coming weeks, we’ll be launching even more powerful additional Comfort Life Report pages including individual user reviews, a revamped reviews hub for each member, and a video page, including hand curated highlights for Gold members. Keep an eye on this space!
